Oscillator Alligator is a mere instrumental album that mainly uses synthesizers. Only now and then they get support by the piano or a virtual orchestra. Stylistically the album revives the spirit of the classics by electronic pioneers Vangelis and Jean-Michel Jarre.

Some of the song titles pay additional debt to Vangelis. They root in the song Intergalactic Radio Station from the album direct. At the end of that song is a spoken passage that goes: "Here are some names for you...", followed by these song titles.

Did you recognize the alligator that's riding the sinus waves on the cover art? Right, it gave us a hard time in the video game pitfall.   :-)
